Nuremberg, Vienna, Manassas, and Singapore run the same hardware profile and the same network posture. You are not quietly moved onto older stock because a region was cheaper to fill.
Racks are powered and cooled for sustained load, not for a brochure photo. We leave thermal and electrical margin so peak traffic is an ops note, not a surprise.
Remote hands and on-site contacts exist for hardware events. Day-to-day platform work is remote; when a chassis needs eyes, someone walks the aisle.

Network
VDS traffic is unmetered under fair use. Every VDS includes 2 Tbit/s DDoS filtering on the platform edge, plus a rule-based firewall you can shape with us.

Security
Network filtering covers the VDS edge. Managed stacks add CageFS, WAF, malware scanning, mail filtering, and weekly backups. Layers are boring on purpose.

Operations
Signals are automated. Decisions are not. Orders are reviewed before invoicing. Services are provisioned by hand, with credentials delivered in your portal, never mailed in plain text as a first step.

An engineer reviews the request and sends your invoice, usually within a few hours.
03. Payment
Pay the issued invoice through the secure payment link. Annual billing in USD.

We provision upstream and deliver credentials in your portal. Typical activation within hours of payment.
