Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets the rules for using Valerius Cloud hosting, VDS, SSL, and related services. It protects customers, infrastructure, and third parties. By creating an account or using a service you agree to this AUP together with our Terms of Service.

Account accuracy

You must provide true, complete, and current registration and billing information. You may not register under a false identity, use another person's details without authority, or open accounts solely to evade suspension or investigation. We may request additional verification before activating services and may refuse or terminate accounts that fail verification.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Valerius Cloud services to:

Conduct or facilitate illegal activity under applicable law.
Sell, advertise, distribute, or host marketplaces for illegal goods or services (including controlled substances, stolen property, counterfeit goods, unlicensed weapons, or fraud schemes).
Host, distribute, or link to child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
Engage in phishing, credential harvesting, identity theft, or social engineering.
Distribute malware, ransomware, exploits, botnets, or tools primarily designed for unauthorized system access.
Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operate open relays / compromised mail infrastructure.
Launch or participate in denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized scanning, or network abuse.
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
Host content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or credible threats of violence.
Mine cryptocurrency on shared hosting, or in a way that degrades shared platform performance without a written agreement covering dedicated capacity.
Resell services in a manner that conceals the end customer when we request abuse cooperation.

Security and cooperation

You must keep credentials secure and promptly report compromise. If we receive a credible abuse report, court order, or law-enforcement request, you must cooperate in good faith. We may suspend services immediately where required to stop ongoing harm.

Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, traffic shaping, suspension, termination without refund where permitted by the Terms, and reporting to authorities or third-party abuse desks. Repeated or severe abuse may lead to permanent account closure.
