Consent at registration

When you create an account you are asked to confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and that you understand we process personal data to operate your account, bill services, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent or exercise privacy rights as described below, subject to legal retention requirements.

Data we collect

Account data (name, email, password hash via our auth provider), billing address fields, order configuration (domains, hostnames, locations), support tickets, registration consent timestamps, and technical logs required to operate and secure the service.

How we use data

We use data to authenticate you, fulfill orders, issue invoices, deliver credentials, provide support, monitor abuse, verify account eligibility, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Processors

We use infrastructure and authentication providers to store database records and sessions. Payment pages, when used, are hosted by the invoicing provider linked from your invoice. Card data is handled by that provider, not stored in this application.

Retention

Account and billing records are retained for the life of the account and as required for tax and dispute purposes. You may request deletion subject to legal holds and active services.

Security

Access to customer data is restricted by role-based policies. Credentials in the portal are masked by default. No security measure is perfect; report issues to info@valeriuscloud.com.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Submit requests through a support ticket or email.
